I am an executive leader in entertainment and media with over 25 years of experience in driving talent strategy, multicultural engagement, casting, and brand communications across television, live events, and digital platforms.

As Vice President of Talent Casting & Talent Relations at NBCUniversal/Telemundo, I spearheaded the network’s on-air talent strategy, managing casting, communications, and public positioning for top-rated primetime franchises including La Voz (The Voice), La Casa de los Famosos (Big Brother), Así se Baila, Top Chef VIP, Los 50 (The 50), and La Isla. These landmark programs not only defined an era of Hispanic entertainment but also regularly outperformed general market networks in primetime.

Earlier in my career, I founded and led In2ition Entertainment, focusing on multicultural engagement by representing talent with crossover appeal and building brand partnerships across television, digital, and live platforms.

Today, through my business consulting firm P11NCE, I am dedicated to shaping what’s next in the industry. I partner with entertainment brands, agencies, and media companies to amplify diverse voices, enhance talent strategy, and drive culture-forward innovation across content, casting, and influencer campaigns.
